TikToker Mr Prada posted eerie video ‘practicing for mugshot’ before he was named person of interest in therapist murder

A TIKTOKER who has been arrested in connection with the murder of a beloved therapist shared an eerie video where he practiced posing for a mugshot.

William Nicholas Abraham, 69, was found dead and wrapped inside a tarp partially hidden on a roadway in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisianaabout an hour east of Baton Rouge, on Sunday.

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff officials described how Abraham died from blunt force trauma to his head, neck, and shoulders in a “violent attack.”

On Wednesday, Terryon Ishmael Thomas, 20, was arrested over 400 miles from Baton Rouge in Dallas, Texasin connection with Abraham’s murder.

Thomas was charged with aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

He has not been formally charged with Abraham’s murder.

Thomas was arrested on Tuesday evening in Dallas after deputies spotted him cruising in the therapist’s vehicle.

Authorities have not disclosed Thomas’ relationship with Abraham.

Thomas, who goes by Mr. Prada on TikTokrefused to comply with deputies before running away from the scene, according to an arrest warrant obtained by The U.S. Sun.

He was denied bail during his first court appearance on Wednesday.

Thomas has two TikTok accounts with more than eight million followers and over 550 million views for his short comedic skits on the platform.

However, in one eerie video, Thomas is seen doing a skit where he practices posing for a mugshot.

“Practicing for my mug shot cus this might be the year someone gonna meet God if they piss me off too much,” Thomas captioned the video, which was uploaded on TikTok in May 2023.

In the video, Thomas cracks a huge smile and positions his hands in the air as if holding a mugshot placard board.

PHYSICAL AND VIOLENT ATTACK

But, concerns about Thomas’ mental health began to emerge in March when several of his TikTok followers noticed the content creator began posting more erratic videos.

At the time, Thomas had reemerged on the platform following a long hiatus and shared a video of himself cutting his hair.

In the months that followed, his disturbing video content grew as several followers asked in the comment section if Thomas was OK.

Abraham, who was described by many as a “gentle man,” was killed in a violent attack, Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Gerald Sticker said.

“It was a very physical and very violent attack. He was bludgeoned about in the head, shoulders, and neck. There was a lot of bruising what have you,” Sticker sai.

Jarrett Ambeau was shocked when he learned of Abraham’s death.

“He was kind, loving, a gentle man, and frankly not the kind of man that something like this would’ve happened to,” Ambeau told CBS affiliate WAFB.

“I’m absolutely devastated and completely surprised that something like that could’ve happened to a man who I believe to be so tender and so gentle and have such a service heart.”

Abraham’s family members are still reeling from their loved one’s senseless murder.

“I want to know who did it, and I want to know why,” Abraham’s brother, Tommy, told ABC affiliate WBRZ-TV.

Abraham was a priest for more than a decade, working in Mississippi and Milwaukee before becoming a therapist.

He was known as Dr. Nick and had over 30 years of experience assisting with issues of substance abuse and depression, according to his website.

Who was William Abraham?

THERAPIST William Abraham, 69, was found dead on September 29, 2024, outside Baton Rouge, Lousiana.

He was beaten to death, and his body was wrapped in a tarp and thrown off the side of a highway, according to police.

On October 1, investigators arrested Terryon Ishmael Thomas, 20, in connection with Abraham’s murder.

Thomas was charged with aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

He has not been formally charged with Abraham’s murder.

William Abraham was one of eight children.

He served as a Catholic priest for 14 years before he started working as a therapist.

In 2015, Abraham was arrested and accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy during a session.

However, charges against him were later dropped.
