A MAN has pleaded guilty to helping a woman have sex with a dog and causing the animal unnecessary suffering.
Graham Marshall, 38, carried out the vile abuse on a dog named Charlie by “regularly subjecting him to habitual sexual activity”.
He appeared at Sheffield Crown Court where he admitted aiding and abetting a female person to have sexual intercourse with a dog.
Marshall also pleaded guilty to one offence of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal
This relates to “regularly subjecting him to habitual sexual activity”, including “inappropriate physical handling of the dog”.
The court was told he failed to protect the dog from “pain and suffering caused by habitual sexual activity”.
Marshall also pleaded guilty to one count of voyeurism and three counts of possessing extreme pornographic images relating to sexual acts involving a “dead/alive animal”.
And he admitted seven counts of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children – including some in the most serious Category A.
Marshall was released on conditional bail to next appear at the same court on December 12.
