THIS bespoke glass structure is the world’s most ” bling tiny home” that comes with a rare shimmery finish and features premium appliances.
The unique home, dubbed Golden House, is a portable unit that can be put anywhere – and carries a price tag of £189,000.
The ultra-luxurious home has been created by an Estonian firm called ÖÖD.
And due to its unique mirror finish, designers say the house can change its appearance “throughout the day and across the season”.
On the inside, the space has been filled with lavish fittings and features bespoke materials and premium finishes.
And to their portable nature, these tiny housing units can be taken anywhere – from inside a vast jungle to the heart of a desert.
This would allow hotel operators to place the 5-star room in the middle of nature, “offering guests an immersive experience in stunning environments”.
ÖÖD say they have limited production to just 79 of the units, reflecting the element of gold’s atomic number.
Around thirty are expected to be sold in Europe and the US with the remainder placed in the Middle East and other exclusive destinations.
Jaak Tiik, ÖÖD co-founder, said: “Each detail of the Golden House was crafted with a vision of creating something truly special place that offers not only a unique living experience but also a work of art in its own right.”
Andreas Tiik, fellow co-founder, added “We wanted to design a space where nature and luxury co-exist harmoniously.”
The company said: “The Golden House is a true innovation in luxury living. Featuring custom golden-shimmering glass, the house interacts dynamically with its surroundings, changing its appearance throughout the day and across seasons.
“The reflective golden surfaces create a sense of seamless connection with nature.”
Ahead of the official 10 October launch, the company has already received over 110 inquiries for the limited 79 houses, “reflecting the strong demand for this exclusive offering”.
