While it is not clear which and how many pieces she was sent, Ms Rayner was spotted in ME+EM outfits for three straight days after Labour’s win.

She rocked a bold £550 green trouser suit, a £227 orange dress, and a £325 red mini dress.

The luxe brand ME+EM, created by Clare Hornby in 2009, has deep Labour connections.

Ms Hornby’s husband, Johnny Hornby, was the mastermind behind Tony Blair’s victorious 2001 campaign.

The revelation comes as Lady Victoria Starmer is facing questions over £5,000 worth of free clothes, personal shopping, and garment alterations from millionaire Labour donor Lord Alli.

Despite hammering Boris Johnson over accepting wallpaper from a party donor, Sir Keir has also taken more than £20,000 in clothes and glasses from the backer.

The so-called party-frock-gate scandal overshadowed his trip to Rome earlier this week where he was forced to defend his high end gifts.

The PM insisted that he was still a stickler for the rules, despite failing to alert Commons authorities to donations.

And he said he will keep accepting freebies from donors as he rejected calls from his own Cabinet for the taxpayers to cough up for his wife’s wardrobe.
